Pedro Bigeriego (in photo in South Africa) is a biologist with a degree in zoology from Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Spain and airline transport pilot. He is interested in paleontology, animal evolution and wildlife conservation.


Pedro shares his passion for the Natural History with photography. He is the administrator of WildWorldVisuals®.

Mauricio Antón (in photo in Serengeti NP, Tanzania) is a scientific illustrator, researcher and author who has worked for the last 20 years as a paleoartist earning world-wide recognition as one of the finest paleo-illustrators today.


Mauricio Anton has created artwork for museum exhibits worldwide, including the American Museum of Natural History, the Florida Museum of Natural History or the Museo de Ciencias Naturales de Madrid and co-authored and illustrated numerous books, including ‘The Big Cats and Their Fossil Relatives’, ‘Mammoths, Sabertooths, and Hominids’ and ‘Evolving Eden’. His latest book “Sabertooth” went public at the end of 2013.

He has also illustrated and signed many magazine articles, scientific papers and collaborated with the BBC and Discovery Channel, among others, in developing documentary films including ‘Wild New World’, ‘Sabretooth’ and ‘Walking with Beasts’. The results of his research on the anatomy of fossil vertebrates have been published in academic journals including the Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology, the Journal of Human Evolution and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. As he states: “Bringing fossils back to life is a complex process, and the final step, the creation of attractive renderings of ancient life, is only the tip of the iceberg.
